Responsibilities

  • Foster opportunities for growth and creation of new business revenue for the company

  • Create unique solutions for clients to choose from

  • Identify clients' specific needs and provides the best financial solutions to clients

  • Identify new monetary opportunities for both the clients and the agency

  • Maintain client relationships and ensures that each client's needs are met

  • Generate diverse clientele by applying marketing strategies and referrals

  • Enhance the reputation of the agency by undertaking different tasks on behalf of the agency

  • Keep up with the latest trends, products, and services offered in the field

  • Meet with clients via Zoom

  • Engage in group training sessions

  • Work with underwriters to provide details for policy approvals for clients

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen and reside in the United States

  • Active Life Insurance license or ability to obtain one

  • Access to Laptop or iPad

  • Must have internet access

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Pass a background check

  • Entry-level applicants accepted; prior experience with life insurance and financial planning preferred

  • People-oriented

  • Self-motivated

  • Proactive in problem-solving

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective interviews 

  • Ability to effectively relate to a customer

  • Detail oriented

  • Obtain State Issued Insurance license within 30 days of agreement
